Audited Supplier Impact rollers are used as carrying rollers instead of normal steel rollers at a loading point. On steel roller there are rubber rings assembled, side by side, to absorb the weight and impact of material falling onto the belt. At the same time impact rollers reduce the shock and vibration through the steel structure.
Impact idler surface by heat curing rubber surface , and it has a wear-resistant , impact resistance, anti-aging , noise-free , anti-static , high flexibility , self-lubricating tear conveyor belt , reducing resistance suitable for long distance transport to reduce energy consumption and other notable features .Mounted on the conveyor by the feed section of the bottom, to reduce the impact on the conveyor belt, and to extend the conveyor belt life .
Impact roller' rubber is whole cast heat cure,mounted on the feed section of conveyor system to reduce the impact,so that extend the working life of rollers.It's advantages is corrosion resistant,anti-static,light weight.
1) Bearing: deep groove ball and double sealing bearing 2RZ and 2Z with C3 clearance;
2) Sealing: multi-stage labyrinth seals achieve waterproof and dust proof
3) Lubrication: Grease is Lithium soap type grease with Rust Inhibitors, grease is permanent lubricant.
4) Color: roller surface could be painted any color as per customer request.
