Roller:
     used to support the conveyor belt and the bearing material on it, to ensure the stable operation of the conveyor belt device.


1.  Trough rollers: Used to carry the branch (upper branch), there are 35º, 45º two. Generally used 35º groove idlers.
Slotted forward rollers: The side rollers of the 35º slotted rollers are tilted forward 15º in the running direction, so that the alignment of the conveyor belt is good and it is not easy to run off



2.  Transition rollers: Used between the head or tail roller and the first set of grooved rollers. The conveyor belt can be gradually channeled from a flat shape or gradually flattened from a trough shape to reduce the edge tension of the conveyor belt and prevent sudden spreading of material. Transition rollers are available in 10º, 20º and 30º.

3.  Parallel upper roller: used for conveying goods.

4.  Impact rollers: There are 35º and 45º grooved rubber ring buffer rollers. It is installed under the guide groove of the receiving section to absorb the impact kinetic energy of the belt when the conveying material falls and extend the service life of the conveyor belt.

5.  Aligning roller: there are two kinds of friction and cone, which can prevent the conveyor belt from running off and play a role in neutralizing and adjusting. Up.Both branches and subbranches are optional.

6.  Return branch (lower branch) rollers: flat, V-shaped, V-shaped forward V-comb,
Spiral and inverse V shape and other forms.
V-type and V-type forward tilting rollers are used for larger bandwidth, which can make no-load conveyor belt alignment, and V-type and anti-V-type assembly together better anti-deflection effect.
V-shaped comb and spiral rollers can remove the adhesive material attached to the conveyor belt, keep the belt surface clean, and run smoothly without deviating.

Idler spacing
The bearing branch is 1000 ~ 1200mm: the return branch is 2400 ~ 3000mm, and the distance between the convex and concave arcs is determined by calculation, generally 500 or600mm; The buffer roller spacing should be determined according to the loose density of the material, the block degree, that is, the blanking height, and can be used 1/2 ~ 1/3 under general conditions
