I. Product Profile:
 Ultra-high molecular belt roller developed by our company is a new innovative patented product composed of roller covering, bearing, sealing module and shaft. The patent of this product mostly refers to an exclusive sealing technology (completely watertight) which isolates the bearing from the outside without exposure to any pollution. The roller covering is made from ultra high molecular material which is portable, abrasion-proof, anti-sticking, low friction to belt, and self-lubricating, etc.
 Ultra-high molecular belt roller is capable of lengthening the service life of equipment, saving energy and improving the working environment to a great extent, and is widely used for the environments with heavy open dust and high abrasion such as mining, metallurgy, power, cement, coal, chemical industries and port and so on. Therefore, it is a perfect alternative for the steel roller of belt conveying machinery.
