Each our conveyor pulley is individually computer designed to meet the client's requirements.

Conveyor Pulley is manufactured as per customer requirement, with main design under national standard, quality inspection focusing on shaft core, welded joint, rubber material and hardness, dynamic balance and so on for longer product life time.

The pulley can be divided into two categories: Driving pulley (head pulley) and averting pulley (tail pulley), driving pulley is the main part for transmitting the power and there are two kinds of pulley sets: Smooth surface and rubber surface, and rubber surface can be classified into smooth rubber surface, herringbone rubber surface,  diamond rubber surface and ceramic surface  to meet different technical requirements. 

Ceramic pulley lagging is commonly used in conveyor systems for its durability and effectiveness in harsh conditions.It consists of ceramic tiles embedded in rubber, which helps minimize belt slippage and significantly increases the life of the pulley lagging. Ceramic lagging is preferred over rubber lagging in abrasive environments due to its hardiness and wear resistance.

CERAMIC LAGGING: The Ceramic tiles are molded into the lagging which is then cold bonded to the drum pulley. This style of finish allows excellent traction and reduces slippage, meaning that the belt tension is lower and, therefore as a result, increases the life of the pulley.

Head Pulley Introduction:
1. Head/Drive Pulley is located at the discharge terminus of the conveyor. 
2. Drive pulley provides the driving force for the conveyor. In order to increase pulley life and traction, it often has a larger diameter than other pulleys.
3. We can supply pulleys with hot vulcanized rubber lagging, plain or grooved, as required by client. Different patterns of grooving such as herringbone or diamond can be provided to increase tractive friction under dirty or wet conditions. Diamond grooves have the advantage of being installed in any orientation, regardless of belt direction.

Bend Pulley Introduction:

1. The bend pulley  is used for changing the direction of the belt.
2. The bend pulley is usually installed at the tail part or the vertical take-up equipment part when the belt direction need to 180°bending. It will be installed above the take-up equipment part while 90°bending.
3. The pulley, which is used for extending the contact surface, is usually used for below or equal to 45 degree bending.
4. The surface treatment of the bend pulley can be smooth steel and flat rubber lagging.

MACHINE: We have advanced laser cutting machines, a complete set of intelligent sheet metal forming equipment, robot welding and other processing and testing equipment.
PAINTING: We use electrostatic spraying to ensure variety, model and quality of coatings, thinners and curing agents should meet the design requirements and the current relevant national standards. The steel surface should be free of welding slag, welding scars, dust, oil, water and burrs before painting. No mispainting or omission, and the coating should be free of peeling and rust. Inspection method: observation and inspection. Uniform brushing, consistent color,  no wrinkles,sagging and bubbles, good adhesion, and the color separation line should be clear and neat.
DELIVERY: The goods and product factory certificate, installation and use instructions and drawings, a full set of connectors. After the equipment arrives at the site, the company immediately arranges professional and technical personnel to guide the installation on site to provide customers with satisfactory services.
PACKAGE: Packed with steel frame or wooden box, according to the standard for trade export or according to the special requirements of customers.
