Heat Resistant Conveyor Belts:
Heat resistant conveyor belt with the fabric of high modulus, low shrink and high breaking tensile strength. Heat resistant belt is premium quality SBR rubber compound with very good abrasion resistance and heat resistance to handle hot materials up to 200ºC.
This type belt has high adhesion, less elongation as well as good wearability under normal conditions and against hot materials
Application:Steel mills ( saad metal, sintered ore, coke, pellets, slag, etc.), Cement plants (clinker, cement products, compound raw materials, dry clay, etc.), other (foundry sand, etc.)

Step 1: Prodcution Line.
1.Calender process:4 rollers celender machine is able to stick rubber on both side of the fabric in one time. This can reduce the strength loss of the rubber during the process.
2.Forming process:The forming tension is even between different plies, which can avoid wrinkled fabric and guarantee an even thickness of belt core.
Step 2:Laboratory
1.Abrasion resistance [mm³]:The method used to measure abrasion resistance (ISO 4649 / DIN 53516) involves moving a test piece of the rubber across the surface of an abrasive sheet mounted on a revolving drum and is expressed as volume loss in cubic millimeters, for instance, 150 mm³.
2.Thickness:The actual thickness of the carcass largely determines the suitable usage range for the belt.3.Thickness:The actual thickness of the carcass largely determines the suitable usage range for the belt.
3.Rubber compound test:Moving die rheometer analyzes the characteristics of Rubber Compound.
4.Adhesion between the plies:The strength of adhesion (bond) between the various layers of plies and between the plies and the covers is also a standard part of the assessment criteria.
5.Elongation On multi-ply belts:insufficient elongation can lead to shear stresses, which in turn can cause delamination (separation) issues.
6.Tensile strength at break (N/mm):Virtually all industrial conveyor belts are defined by their tensile strength. The carcass absorbs the force when tension is applied to the belt.
We have an inspection team to inspect the surface and dimension of each conveyor belt. If any problem on belt surface, we will repair at once in our factory.(Length and surface&Thickness &Width inspection)
MACHINE:We have advanced laser cutting machines, a complete set of intelligent sheet metal forming equipment, robot welding and other processing and testing equipment. |
PAINTING: We use electrostatic spraying to ensure variety, model and quality of coatings, thinners and curing agents should meet the design requirements and the current relevant national standards. The steel surface should be free of welding slag, welding scars, dust, oil, water and burrs before painting. No mispainting or omission, and the coating should be free of peeling and rust. Inspection method: observation and inspection. Uniform brushing, consistent color, no wrinkles, sagging and bubbles, good adhesion, and the color separation line should be clear and neat. |
DELIVERY:The goods and product factory certificate, installation and use instructions and drawings, a full set of connectors. After the equipment arrives at the site, the company immediately arranges professional and technical personnel to guide the installation on site to provide customers with satisfactory services. |
PACKAGE:Packed with steel frame or wooden box, according to the standardfor trade export or according to the special requirements of customers. |
